Kids in Motion Hip-Hop
Get your child active and groovin’ to age appropriate music. This hip-hop and fitness class is designed to encourage your young dancer to have fun and stay healthy through music and art. Students will learn the newest dance moves, as well as some old-school favorites!
Breakdancing is the most athletic and acrobatic branch of Hip-Hop dance. Onsite Youth Training provides students with a fun, safe and efficient pathway to learn breakdancing. Breakdancing 101 students learn the value of hard work, determination, commitment and repetition. Through positive reinforcement and fun filled challenges your student will be the life of any family gathering.
Join us as we turn a playground into a series of physical and mental challenges. By changing how students view simple objects, students will use the art form of parkour to overcome obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only their bodies. At any level of experience, parkour offers a full body workout, improves one’s ability to move, increases confidence and changes how one sees the world. Parkour is also a system of fitness training that improves strength, speed, agility, coordination, stamina, endurance and precision.
Move & Groove, An urban art and dance experience
During our Art & Dance class students will be introduced to self-expression through the arts. Our classes start off with a fun and creative urban art lesson, during the second half of our classes we get funky with an active breakdancing lesson. Our Move & Groove classes are great for first timers and we keep lessons challenging for our more experienced students. Students artwork and dance moves will be shown off to family and friends at your family event or end of program celebration.
Our Youth Fit classes are designed to keep our students happy and active. The classes are broken down into three parts; cardiovascular exercises, body weight exercises and sports drills. We keep things fun and positive during our hour long fitness classes through positive reinforcement and motivational coaching.
