Kids in Motion Hip-Hop
Get your child active and groovin’ to age appropriate music and yoga inspired exercises. This hip-hop and fitness class is designed to encourage your young dancer to have fun and stay healthy through music and art. Students will learn the newest dance moves, as well as some old-school favorites!

Breakdancing 101
Breakdancing is the most athletic and acrobatic branch of Hip-Hop dance. Onsite Youth Training provides students with a fun, safe and efficient pathway to learn breakdancing. Breakdancing 101 students learn the value of hard work, determination, commitment and repetition. ​​Through positive reinforcement and fun filled challenges your student will be the life of any family gathering.

Ballet & Jazz
Ballet is the foundation of dance. It teaches proper placement, alignment, balance, technique and control. All of these elements are extremely important in any form of dance. The Jazz portion of class includes an introduction to proper warm-ups and stretches for the body combined with across-the-floor progressions and mini combinations.

Move & Groove
During our Art & Dance workshop students will be introduced to self-expression through the arts. Our classes start off with a fun and creative urban art lesson, during the second hour of our classes we get funky with an active breakdancing lesson. Our week long workshops are great for first timers and we keep lessons challenging for our more experienced students. Students artwork and dance moves will be shown off to family and friends at our end of program Art Show.

Youth Fit
Our Youth Fit classes are designed to keep our students happy and active. The classes are broken down into three parts; cardiovascular exercises, body weight exercises and sports drills. We keep things fun and positive during our hour long fitness classes through positive reinforcement and motivational coaching.
