Let’s Dance introduces Hip-Hop Choreography and Breakdancing to Elementary School students.

DANCE EXPRESSION CREW 

Our DEC program teaches character building lessons through dance. 

  • The DEC program is a tool that educates & empowers youth with character building skills.
  • By rewarding positive character traits we encourage students to continue to make positive choices and deter from negative behavior.
  • Our classes increase cardiovascular health and muscle strength.
  • We promote a healthy lifestyle, allowing for students to live a happier and healthier life.
  • Motivational talks empower youth with tools and skills to navigate through obstacles, providing students with new skills to use instead of relying on old behaviors.

MOVE & GROOVE 

Our art and dance program culminates in an art show in Downtown, San Antonio. 

  • Students work with a variety of mediums including… chalk, pencil, coal, acrylic paint, watercolors and stencils
  • Move & Groove allows students to visually and physically express themselves through the arts.
  • Allows students to learn new, creative and positive ways to express themselves will allow them to be happier people.

Dance Expresión Crew

Our Hip-Hop dance program for English Language Learners

  • The DEC program is a tool that educates & empowers youth with vocabulary lessons.
  • Vocabulary lessons empower youth with tools and skills to navigate through obstacles, providing students with new skills  to navigate through a new community.
  • Our classes increase cardiovascular health and muscle strength.
  • We promote a healthy lifestyle, allowing for students to live a happier and healthier life.
  • Students are encouraged to incorporate dance rhythms and patterns that they are familiar with into their new moves.

HIP-HOP FOR L.I.F.E. (Lifting Individuals From Environments)
